Pricing During Onboarding
Every business starts in a different place, so the time needed for cleanup and setup can vary. To keep things simple, I bill onboarding work in 4 to 8 hour blocks at my regular hourly rate—so you only pay for the time your business actually needs.
Pricing During Recurring
After cleanup and setup are complete, we’ll move into the recurring phase—where your weekly and monthly needs are clearly defined and supported by streamlined processes that keep your business running smoothly month after month.

Example Pricing: Coffee Shop
Business Profile:
Independent coffee shop with 12 employees, open 6 days a week. Daily sales through a POS system with a mix of coffee, baked goods, and merchandise.
Service Package Includes:
Weekly & Monthly Bookkeeping – Syncing daily sales from POS, reconciling deposits, coding transactions from the bank feed, tracking vendor invoices, etc.
Sales Tax Filings – Preparing and submitting monthly sales tax returns.
Monthly Meetings – Reviewing financial statements and focusing on key metrics like cost of goods sold, labor efficiency, and profitability.
Price:
Starting at $600/month
