Yes! If your books need tidying up, we include a clean-up or catch-up phase as part of onboarding.
I will also review your Chart of Accounts with you to remove any fluff and make sure your financials are in the best order for YOU.

While I don’t file taxes, if you are in need of a CPA I have a network that I can refer you to or I can collaborate with your current tax professional to ensure everything is in order.

I solely work with QuickBooks Online. This allows me to become an expert in a single software to better help you.
If you are currently in a different platform (or don’t have an accounting software setup yet), such as Sage or Xero, not a problem! I can work with you to migrate your data to a new QuickBooks file.

This varies by client and it can be difficult to give a definitive time frame. A small, brand new company can take a few weeks, where a larger company could take a few months. All of this depends on the complexity of your books and your responsiveness. Constant communication is key in this process.

I’ll take care of the accounting, but there may be occasions where I need additional information or clarification on specific transactions. All of these questions and requests will be submitted via your secure portal.
